With Christmas right around the corner, boyfriends and husbands are out buying stones for their sweethearts, but will they go for the real thing or man-made?  Lab-grown diamonds have become indistinguishable from natural diamonds to the naked eye and are growing in sales. Even jewelers can no longer tell the difference without advanced equipment. Will the supply of diamonds be affected,  and will prices come down before Santa arrives?  Not likely!  Steve and Sinclair have the Wall Street Journal report.
