While most of us are concerned about inflation in the years ahead due to the massive borrowing by nations, corporations, and consumers, there are other economists--who have been right about the economy on numerous occasions--saying that DE-flation is once again the problem that is right around the bend. With talk of the Green New Deal, Medicare For All, Reparations, and multi-trillion dollar infrastructure projects, it is hard not to see some pretty heavy inflation coming our way. But renowned economist, investment manager, and best selling author Gary Shilling says we will see more DE-flation before we head into a major IN-flation. He says the Amazon Effect, China continuing to sell cheap goods, robots taking jobs, and drug prices falling could all shrink the economy in the next several years leading to recession. Is he right? We'll lay out his fact-based case. Then health insurance expert Shelley Grandidge joins us for the Q & A. MASTERING MONEY is on the air!

In a recent major article in the Wall Street Journal, Zweig posed the question: “If we could reinvent retirement-saving plans from scratch, how would they differ from the rigid 401(k)s that workers have today?
