Socialist thinkers believe the government can be trusted to tax and legislate our way to cleaner air, even if the economy comes to a grinding halt. Capitalists keep developing new technology to get the job done. While it’s true that global CO2 emissions continue to rise worldwide, many people are startled to learn that the USA easily leads the world in reducing CO2 output.
