From oil and gold to copper,  currencies, dairy, cotton and sugar--commodity prices have tumbled over the past several years as a global deflation digs in its heels.  Investors pulled roughly $1.1 billion from commodities-sector funds during the second quarter of 2015, according to fund-data provider EPFR Global. Just a few years ago, many investors thought we were heading for runaway inflation. What happened? Where are we headed?  Steve and Sinclair review a timely report from the Wall Street Journal.
