We often hear debate moderators ask why The United States has only four percent of the world’s population but twenty percent of the identified cases.  The question is meant to sound like a super intelligent one, putting someone like President Trump or Mike Pence on the spot.  The answer is so obvious it hurts. If you are an advanced country with  an advanced and prolific system of IDENTIFYING cases through a process known as testing--which the U.S. leads the world in-- it follows that you will record and report more IDENTIFIED cases.
